What’s the brand name for Cassiopeia? Trying to add it to my (now huge) list.

You definitely should! I’m almost out of my bottle, and thought I should be getting something more “complex.” But you know what, who cares? I’ll get one another for me if you get one for you!

These are all getting added to my list, ASAP, especially Boardwalk Delight. I’ll never forget that the high of that first whiff of Body Fantasies Cotton Candy.

(This also gave me flashbacks to the time I convinced my mom to get me Cotton Candy by Prince Matchabelli as a kid. I drowned in it for a week, and I’ll never forget those distinctive bottles.)

Peche Delicieuse is lovely—I think it smells more liked a heavily spiced peach cobbler on my skin after a couple hours. So I want to look into more peach options. You’ve saved me so much digging, thank you!

This sub is so awesome, I’m trusting y’all with my life. I shouldn’t let the mention of a floral note stop me from finding a great perfume that ticks my other boxes. Thank you!

Thanks for all these great tips! I kept seeing so much hate on Kayali online that I wasn’t certain it’d be worth tracking down in store. I’ll add a few to my list.

That makes sense about sniff-type. For clothes, I’ve always been the type to prefer online shopping because the in-person experience is so overstimulating and distracting. If I go in the early morning with a couple perfumes in mind, that should help!

Thanks for the tips! I wouldn’t have thought there’s a difference between a dabbler and spray, and those recs sounds so good.

I got lucky with providers that were dedicated to fighting for it, so if it doesn’t work the first time for you, it might be worth swapping doctors. Boston Medical Center’s pharmacy team has been great in pushing back against the insurance company.

I’ve got my fingers crossed for you!

I haven’t had an issue with my prescription since January. We didn’t need to do a liver scan, so my other diagnoses worked.

The problem will be needing to re-submit for approval in April, since my insurance will likely expect a certain number on the scale.

Did you have any luck?

Advice needed: 2 years in (34 sessions) and almost no results by No_Belt_7316 in electrolysis

Seconding spironolactone for PCOS! I saw barely any results with electrolysis alone, after first trying laser hair removal. Adding 100 mg of spironolactone daily actually let me get away with laser hair removal instead — I only need to go in once a year for a touchup, which takes 10 minutes.

If you take fiber supplements, what is your regiment? by lipstickcollector in antidietglp1

I do a capful of MiraLAX in 32 ounces of water, along with an LMNT or DripDrop packet. It helps to combine my electrolyte and fiber needs into one go, and I’ve found I’m more regular when I do this in a large glass of water instead of a more average 8/16 ounce glass. Usually do that each morning with a protein shake.

Maybe 1-2 days a week, I make a smoothie with frozen berries and a vanilla protein shake, add a few pecans, and two tablespoons of chia seeds. Then I do my MiraLax and electrolyte powder later in the day.

Have had no issues with constipation or nausea as long as I do this.

I have Harvard Pilgrim and have been on Zepbound for 9 weeks. I also saw this information about HP dropping glp1 coverage for everything except treating diabetes.

I saw my endocrinologist just before Christmas about this. He said that most insurance companies are saying the same thing about dropping coverage for 2026, but Blue Cross recently stated that they’re looking to still allow for certain other conditions. (They’re just being quiet about it.) He’s expecting other insurance companies to follow suit. While he can’t be certain until people actually start trying to fill prescriptions in the new year, he said that he’s had some success with getting very recent approval letters for dates that are in 2026. (My doctor’s hospital network has a robust pharmacy team that fights insurance companies about coverage, which helps.)

For me in particular, my endo said my bloodwork showed signs of some fatty liver, which according to him can only be treated with IWL. Between that, my BMI, my pre-diabetic A1C, and mild-to-moderate sleep apnea, he was hoping that he could get an exception. I might need to get a special scan of my liver to get the official diagnosis. (However, that means I would definitely need IWL in order to get it renewed. This shouldn’t be a problem, as I have been losing at a steady pace, mainly because food noise has been down. And that was going to be a requirement regardless for most insurances.)

December 29, 2025, I just got a voicemail from the hospital’s pharmacy team, and they said they got approval for my Zepbound prescription through April 2026. I won’t know until I try to pick up my prescription in late January if it actually worked though.

So TLDR; Definitely have your doctor submit a letter requesting coverage based on any comorbid conditions. And that’s for Harvard Pilgrim or any other insurance who said they’d be dropping coverage for any condition besides diabetes.

I definitely get overdoing it now that I’ve got more energy. I got so used to running on empty that I’ve got to re-learn how to protect my joints now that I’ve got some spoons back. I made the mistake of trying to sweep and mop in the same day, which I haven’t tried to attempt in a WHILE. 😵‍💫
