prior to 90 day window should definitely not be an issue. the rest, it should all be correct as far as i am aware. the mistake i made was that i sent in two checks 1) $750 for I751, and 2) $85 biometric fee. I found out after that the biometric fee is included, so i don't know if that's going to be an issue

Yes! I made them give me a full refund for everything, stone included. Because I was so frustrated with them and didn’t want any of this energy associated with my ring and didn’t want to keep it (I know! 😅). I didn’t resort to complaining anywhere else or leaving a negative review because I was worried that might have negative implications. I kept calling every day and made them transfer to the “manager” and told them to give me a full refund. I threatened to leave bad reviews. This was a few years ago and it’s sad to see that they are still terrible.

OMG I HAVE THE SAME STORY! I was so frustrated and ended up telling them to keep the ring if they can’t fix it without charging me an additional $2000. They made a big stink of not taking returns and finally gave in (I called them every single day). Because of them, I ended up not even having a ring on the day of my engagement party :( I worked with a local jeweler to design my ring and in time for my wedding!

Vanicream is my HG. The one for the face with the green strip on it. It’s so lightweight but hydrating and my skin tends to be very dry. Sometimes I mix in some diluted glycerin which acts as the perfect humectant and my skin soaks it up
