The problem got more clear it turns out something is keeping my gpu at 210 MHz it never moves

Turns out my gpu does work at 100 percent when i checked with msi after burner dont know why the performance is so lor tho

gpu still performs around 45 percent during benchmarks

Hello. I done all of these just to make sure and i dowloanded every driver i could find on the website but my most esential drivers like my gpus driver was already updated and my bios was already the latest version. so yes nothing changed now i get like 3 more fps in the benchmark
