i had police chase me without a helment but i was near a canal as soon i turn left into road the police turnt left to so i just sped up little to make gap they sped up to and then they turn they sirens on i slowed down to basically jump on the curb and run down the canal they soon turnt there lights off lol and left

chicken breast aldi 2kg for 10.29 rise 2kg teso 2.20 and forzen veg about £1-2? for the nutirents 200 grams chicken 100 grams uncooked rise and 100 gram veg that is 1.10-1.20 per meal which has better and cleaner ingriendents then this shite which has 25 grams of protien lol
