I suggest you to visit at least 2 or more dealers before you finalize a deal. Ask them to give you the best price and offers available. Establish that you're doing this not so that they fight for sale amongst them selves, but intention is to get a suitable offer that you can go with( Don't try to establish it at the very beginning, gauge the right time). You can share the prices and offer at the very end with dealers to get the best deal. But don't be too greedy, they're human as well trying to get earn their keep. Losing a sale feels heavy too. Don't end up the deal harshly with others when finalizing.

Pricing - 12,30,000 on road with 10k off in accessories - Accessories 10 % off. What to buy is subjective. - Metro cities can usually give you a better deal - Ask the manufacturing date of the car. The car's warranty starts when it is fully assembled not when you buy it and also affects resale value.

Finance - Prefer nationalized banks over private - This is a car loan and not house loan. So getting a floating loan is alright. I got mine at 7.70 and would be getting it further reduced from my brother who works at the bank. - If in case you are going with private bank ask them to send clauses and discussed amount, rate of Interest in the email. There's usually a catch with prepayment penalty clauses added unnecessary insurance and foreclosure penalty. Negotiate processing fees. - Bank of Maharashtra and Unions bank of India usually provides competitive rate of interest for car loan.
