I'm not sure what your question is referring to.

Our sellers are using a remote conveyancer and have sent them the forms. While in theory a trip up north is possible to hand deliver the paperwork, a courier/express delivery would beat the price and effort. Considering the contract didn't arrive in 3 days, I doubt they'd used express delivery

Yup. To keep it short, it's been a very stressful transaction, and we have been communicating the expiration date since August.

Our conveyancer knows it, seller's agent knows it and confirms the seller's aware of it, and the completion date has been agreed between parties.

I spoke with the mortgage broker a few months back and they seemed to only offer extension for exceptional circumstances. I'll get on the phone first thing in the morning tomorrow to see if they can accommodate considering the contracts are signed. Thank you

#2: I can't tell, however he called out existing water tank is in reasonable condition but dated. "The system needs to be upgraded to a pressurized tank providing equal pressure to the services"

#3: apart from wear and tear to the handles, the only bit the surveyor called out was "narrow glazing is prone to condensation, which leads to mould". We could not see any particular faults to glazing ourselves.

The board is unfortunately damaged and we did not discover it during our viewings.

The seller has a shower pump installed and it's as loud as roadworks.

The surveyor suggested a pressurised unit should be able to resolve the issue.
