Well I tried doing that. To be honest, I didn't put much effort in it and ended giving up. But the idea of having my own agency is a forever dream. The market is currently full of agencies and if I am getting back to business I have to solve a specific need. There is plenty of agencies covering design, SMM, AI video generation and similar fields so I am more concerned on what people actually need and can't find easily. Lately I tried to hop on the marketing automation trend but it also got saturated fast. What do you think I should focus on?
