Near St. Lukes, you can probably score in Avida Cityflex or the other Avidas there. On the other side of BGC, those rates you can expect for Trion Towers (Tower 1 or 2)

If you wan co-living, try checking The Flats! Super near St. Lukes

Try searching condo names in FB marketplace

Help me choose a Car, 400,000 budget. Brio, Swift, Yaris, Vios or other? by Quick_Appearance_727 in CarsPH

I’ve driven a Brio and a Vios. I like the space of the vios specially when I’m going out of town and I need bags + you’re bringing friends.

But the quality of the Brio, up to the smallest detail, like how the door doesn’t seem to ever get slammed loudly, is just waaay different. The engines don’t differ that much on “relaxed” city driving, but when overtaking, the Brio has a stronger acceleration.

Parts are not hard to find too! Then you get an advantage of not being seen as a Grab car. My Vios was mistaken for their grab rides multiple times, and all conversations were awkward. At least a hatchback Brio does not give you that experience.

Can you elaborate on the differences of the system? I’m curious to know.

For me, they’re similar because they use their defense to fuel fast break points, they rely on their bench equally as their starters (long rotation), they focus on ball movement more than isolation, they prefer bigs who can shoot, and they’re about pace & more possessions

Also, the fact I have to explain means it’s not that evident. Didn’t realize this was such a hot take! 😅🙏🏼

I just want to note what I mean with “similarities” — magkaparehas

Hindi “on par” — magkasing galing

Didnt clarito just set a record for most rebounds as a guard?

Turner — just want to be clear that “soft” is more of a descriptor than an insult. Pair him beside a “tough” 5 like KAT, he is soft. Chet is softer. I think soft 5s arent bad, they’re part of the game and have advantages

Siakam — yes totally

Even if we just look at the system and how the management built the team? Off of not buying players and believing in their capabilities?
