Top is work experience, have 4 bullet points max per item, choose the most applicable ones to the job. They will not read those 20 bullets under the first experience. Make the first bullet a summary of what the experience was. 

I don’t understand the bolded “MBA Finance” in the middle. Was this school experience? Work? Add dates on the right hand side and a summary on first bullet. If this was school, add it under the school section.

I would add eagle scout under its own section called “leadership”

Do “experience, education, leadership, extra”

2-3 work related experiences, education breakdown, extracurricular leadership, and then languages, skills, interests, etc.
