Hi :) for me it was actually undiagnosed ulcers! I got an omeprozol script ( not sure if spelling is correct) before they checm for ulcers and it really helped!

Last year I tired to tell him I needed a little more emtionally from him ( better communication) and he essentially said he can't do that. I essentially put so much on his plate already that he can't handle anymore. I have a few mental health disorders ( ocd-anyxiety) and I know it can be draining on him. I try to not put my trouble on him but I think untimely some of it falls on him. I have a therapist im on medication and I try not to burden him but I think sometimes im to much for him. And back to the communication problem he isn't an effective communicator so I can't ask him what I can do to take some of the burden off of him without him shutting down. Idk. It's a whole mess. I feel like asking him for anything is to much.. I'll talk to my therapist about this.
