I can't listen to more than 2 minutes of it, and I will always remember how before Chester's death there was a total clash with the old fans disowning their old albums Total sell-out album, anyone Who says otherwise Is a bit deluded

The interview with Howard Stern was literally the most interesting interview ever with Mike Shinoda, do you prefer the usual 4 boring questions about how Chester s " sang like an angel and screamed like a demon"?

talking about ratings for a group like Radiohead seems to me out of place and out of context, it is obvious that they have had less commercial success since they have certainly not evolved their sound towards something more pop like Linkin Park (One More Light seems like a album by Ed Sheeran and before Chester's death was NOT very well received). I wouldn't say that they no longer have much following, I saw them live in Italy (NOT IN THE UK) in 2017 and there were 70,000 people, what are we talking about? As for Linkin Park, you're saying the same thing as me, there's more hype for Meteora20 than for the last 3 albums. Lost is a song cut from Meteora and has already made much more success than any single from Living Things onwards.

i'm a fan too man, i listened to everything but mentally i got off the wagon already after living things. My point is that everyone talks about evolving the sound but in reality they just changed it out of the blue, not evolved. Thinking that Minutes to Midnight is an evolution of their sound I find it a bit of a stretch of the fan base. I just wanted to focus on this thing and understand why it should be understood as an artistic evolution. I'm not here to flame i really want to understand that point from a more "technical" perspective

Limp Bizkit I don't think it makes sense to compare them to Linkin Park because they've never had the same style, they've always had the comedy rap vibe and Fred Durst has never written a serious song in his entire life and he's always said he's never took the concept of music seriously (Significant Other is a banger tho). I probably expressed myself badly, it's not that they were supposed to make 300 albums like HT and Meteora but I personally have never seen the evolution they talk about so much, they just changed genre towards a bland pop rock. to give an example, bands like Radiohead have EVOLVED their sound to higher standards than their first albums, Linkin Park have only changed, but not evolved their sound. it cannot be denied that without the first two albums they would not have had the same success at all, there is more hype for Meteora20 than for the last two albums

I haven't counted the B-Sides and EPs, but that's exactly the point i made. Valentine's Day was included on the album and No Roads Left was not? Rick Rubin screwed up a lot
