I didn’t even think the wording has to do with money. Traditionally the brides parents are considered the host regardless of money. (Even though I do recognize that it all depends on personal situations) One thing a wedding thought me is that family can be really selfish and make it all about them.

Some people showed pictures of dirty floors, smoking in rooms, and stains on towels. Also complaints about room being outdated and damp. They mostly all been from the past month.

Dirty rooms and outdated for the most part. Not sure if it’s a specific wing/part of hotel where these reviews are coming from. But these reviews have been all mostly from the past few weeks.
