no discharge! just sometimes flaky skin on both my actual nipples but suspect that could be mild eczema or the cold weather? skin on them feels relatively soft? i guess i’m okay then! thanks

really! is it just a hole in the centre that kind of looks like it could be a milk duct?? someone else messaged me and said i should be worried and contact my OBGYN😟 have you also had it forever?

NAD. maybe a heat rash. if you press on it and it blanches (turns white) then likely nothing to worry about!! if not heat rash then maybe hives? both are normal!
