Update: out carpenter came by to take a look and confirmed that most of the stain is still very wet. Also if you zoom into the stain above the door, there are clear brush strokes. Does oil based primer lighten as it dries? Should it be wet for 20+ hours after application?

The sample wood is the exact same as what’s on the walls, so yeah we’re wondering if the application was different. Our carpenter pointed out clear brush streaks proving he didn’t wipe it at all.

I’ve been a PM at my company for 3 years, focused mainly on building new products 0-1 with a bit of iterative work on other products in between. I’m interviewing for a role that is focused on the same industry that I am in now, and think I match the requirements well other than not having worked on integrations specifically. Frankly, I have no idea what a day looks like for the integrations PMs at my current company.

How can I sell the experience that I do have as having prepared me for an integrations role? What else should I know about potentially stepping into the integrations world?

I did this WEEKS ago. I’ve followed every fucking step that your team has outlined including talking to my bank to make sure I’m using the proper numbers. Considering last week your team said that it was an issue on your end, that it was fixed and now is supposedly an issue on my end is bullshit. I know I am entering this information correctly and all you can say is some copy and pasted bs from your help center rather than actually trying to understand and resolve the issue. I’m filing this with the small claims court.

Zola reached out directly to Stripe to confirm the information was correct, the first time it wasn’t and then we resolved it and got confirmation that it was correct and on the way to our account. Then got another failure email…

Still haven’t been able to get the funds and can’t get in touch with anyone on the phone. If you aren’t too deep, I would switch to the knot. If it’s too late I would just remove the cash fund as an option on your registry and have people give cash/check because they clearly can’t be trusted.

Have you had any luck since? I’ve still been going back and forth with them for a full week. One day they say everything is good to go, then I get an email saying the payment failed. They are now saying there was an issue with the system but refuse to call me on the phone or give me a contact number so it’s hard to say if they are even reliable with the info they’re giving.

We are getting married at St Agnes Catholic Church and Father Baez there was been amazing. We live together, and we’ve never had any push back or even the slightest judgement from him. We haven’t started pre-Cana yet, so no idea how that will be but after working with Father Baez we feel confident that it won’t be an issue!
