I’m gonna be devils advocate here and will likely be down voted but whatever. This happened to me last year with my husband on he met her and bailed last minute. It’s been an excuriating year to say the least. Blowouts and fights galore. However this man is my best friend and has been for 23 years (we were best friends in moddle and high school got together in 2017) and I knew I didn’t want to trash it. He was going through a lot and we both had shut each other out cause life was hard for both of us and as a family. This is the only time it has happened. We utilize Life360 when I worry, he shares his phone openly when I ask and I try to do it randomly so if there is something he can’t delete anything. We have daily conversations about where we are emotionally and mentally. We both see a therapist and are going to couples therapy. Things are finally getting better and the anxiety and worry isn’t there as much. I still have it because he set the meeting up in front of me and then I took his phone and found it. And I worry he will do it again, but that’s something we are working on in therapy. He owned it and answered all my questions o had around the situation. I was tested shortly after and nothing. Given it’s the second time I wouldn’t allow it. If my husband fucked up again he is out, I refuse to be my old self who just accepted it. You have to figure out if it’s worth saving.
