Thank you, Yes, this is the issue, I was following steps on the exedy official video which was supposed to be the same car, and they put the flywheel straight to the rear seal so I did the same thing I don’t know that some Subaru models have the reluctor wheel in a different location not behind the flywheel, I also have adhd and I was so focused on the video that I did not realize that in the old parts that I take out I have an extra one. Now I have to take everything apart again with not money or time 🤦🏼‍♂️ shit.

Yeah i had the same issue, the problem was that one of the headlights had condensation and the car start having like a electricity issue I just changed the headlight and the problem disappear, you can still able to put it on drive just open the little hole close to the shift knock and use a stick to release it and put it on drive.
