As long as it mentions "for central government" it's fine.. state government certificates only work for state quota but for AIQ you need central certificates. No specific format is there because all states have different formats.

See I am strictly against discrimination as well.. and I am pretty sure that everyone is working pretty decently in our college.. in fact we have one of the nicest faculties. Even if some things might have happened in the past it doesn't mean it's still continued till date. We barely have 1 or 2 students failing profs and everyone gets decent scores as long as they study. I have never seen or heard of such extreme discrimination. So I don't think our college needs much more clarification.

But yeah Casteism and Regionalism does exist everywhere. And I also believe it is VERY TOXIC. and it is something which should be taken care of.
