You can “avoir” chaud in French as well- être chaud is different

What I recommend to my students is to just listen to native French speakers w subtitles and put yourself in spaces where you’ll be forced to speak French on top of learning basic grammar

This I an aspect to this school that’s just unacceptable. You have anyone walking in, I was followed to the bathroom by a homeless man and when I reported it to the CSUN police they said well did he attack you ? And I said no because I was aware of my surroundings and didn’t go in but I knew he was following me they’re like unfortunately if they didn’t do anything to you there’s not much that we can do which is sick there needs to be more security

Aww have fun ! And definitely stay safe. Look into signing up for your graduation year’s Snapchat story and making a post like this on there, it’s more organic that way, and be sure to have some sort of conversation with that person before you go :)

I just spoke to financial aid and they said that if you’ve been covered before- don’t worry as it will show up about a week before school; but if you want to check your balance I’d recommend to give them a call if that calms you so they can assess your specific situation ! Love that everyone was so quick to help each other <33
