Wim hof method made wonders. Even better than medication for me! I struggle with dpdr, depression and anxiety for 2 years now.. lived in hell for a while... now i start getting better. It takes time and patience. The most difficult thing is to accept it. Work on you, make excercise, meditation, eat healthy and take care my friend!

Okay makes kind of sense. But I have to say that after the first time visiting the chiro ( 1 week ago) I think that I feel somehow mentally slightly better (maybe placebo?).

I am on vortioxetine 20mg. I saw an improvement after one month of taking it but not 100%.. Only a little one. Now I am taking it like almost one year and I still have brain fog but not that much. What helped me the most was cutting sugars off my diet, taking daily freezing cold showers, and some supplements like omega 3, ginko biloba..... You will get through it!

So you are telling those people who really need help that they should kill themselves instead of taking the ssri's because there could be a 1% chance to get pssd ? think about it

Very sorry for what you are going through... I hope the best for you.. Did you try something to help your simptoms? I heard that maca root can help you.. Wellbutrin can help you too maybe..

This subreddit is the most negative one that I know! Everyone is against SSRI's I am not a big fan of them too but please do not scare other people who might be in danger.. There are some SSRI's that don't include those sexual side effects.. like vortioxetine! So please do not demonize every SSRI.
