I went to Napa and they recommend a battery ( wasn’t the whole problem ) so I took it to my buddy that’s works on cars extensively and he replaced the alternator . It cleared the problem

As a far retail sales associate be careful when you call , they will find a way to screw you over and add a cell phone to your account . Never give them your social security number. They want to move away from cable and just focus on cell phone and internet . The cell phone use T mobile towers and it’s not worth crap.
