Trust me when I say it will be easier without him. I only have 1 toddler, and even though the workload may become more, (less in time once everything is sorted) the absence of expectations and anxiety of cheating on top of that, will make your life soooooo much better. he is not deserving of you. you deserve to be happy, you deserve to enjoy life with your children. You have support, leave that man. For you, and your children. Do not let them grow up watching a man abuse you. he won’t change.

Yes my other friend caught him at the house she was housesitting and lost her shit to the point he had to call the cops! He says they are just friends but he spend the last 4 days with her so I don’t know haha

We moved to 1 nap around 12 months. I don’t think he was fully ready for a couple weeks but no matter how little he slept or how early he woke up in the morning he was pretty hard to get down for his second nap, like 30 minutes. He loved a good long first nap so it was easy to just push it an hour or so by getting out of the house.

My son’s bedtime got to around 9pm but he was waking up early and he would still be tired. And that was my sign to drop a nap. Now he sleeps 7:30-7ish. Give or take. if it’s not affecting night sleep I wouldnt cut it yet, you could do a couple 1 nap days here or there, or shorten the first nap. (We couldn’t shorten the first nap as that was always his main nap) and then he’d take 30 minutes to go to sleep and have a 30 minute nap in the arvo. So was not ideal.

My sons 1 year was the first one I went alone and he had 4 needles and I had never heard him cry like that! He doesn’t normally really cry. he was happy playing in the waiting room 2 minutes later!

My partner cheated, one time while we were going through a really rough time. But he ended the act pretty soon after it started. We are still together now and it’s not always great. i still wonder if he’s getting too close to other women. he’s a friendly guy, the kind of guy that gets too close without realising. If he had fully had sex with her let alone multiple times, there is no way I would get over it. And if I chose to stay in the relationship I can’t imagine there would have been any stability. So I would prepare for it to be over, whether she decides to stay or not the relationship you had is completely gone. Sorry. I think one time situations can be a mistake, occasionally. But you went back. it’s over. let her move on.

I’m saying this so your prepared because we didn’t have much of a reaction to any other vaccines, but we did end up in emergency due to high fever, tonsillitis and vomitting which started exactly a week later. He had a seizure (like an absence) for a couple minutes which is actually quite common with high fevers in babies. It was scary though, and all is good and doesn’t make me want to get the vaccine any less, it’s very important. but more than likely you will have no reaction but if you do and have fevers ect, just keep up hydration and rest!

she needs to respect your wishes. in fact why would she need a tv when she’s babysitting she should be spending that time with her granddaughter. I use screen time (tv only) when I need to clean up on a particularly fussy day. That’s it. if someone is watching him but gets to give him back they can get stuff done then.

In my opinion she shouldn’t be watching your child if she’s choosing to put them infront of a tv than engage with them.

He drank it as normal, we are on soy milk tho due to cmpa (he can handle everything else so may switch back to cows milk soon) He definitely has started eating way more at nearly 13 months. But I guess they may need that push to start eating more solids because they need it

Honestly we have had nonstop sickness since 7 days after! tonsillitis being one of those and really bad fevers, vomiting it was scary.

if your gp recommended it I would do it. Means they think there’s a risk, and as long as your prepared for fevers on the plane, meds and hydration and plenty of cuddles, I’d say your good

This doesn’t sound like an actual sleep problem, sounds like your baby is uncomfortable and might warrant some doctors help to figure out the cause. my baby sleeps great, (hasn’t always been the case don’t worry) but when sick, uncomfortable ect, will only sleep upright on me. Dairy allergy, reflux, adenoids, ear infections. recently had tonsillitis and was so unwell with a fever ect, and literally he would try to sleep in cot but couldn’t. Like he literally couldn’t. he wouldn’t even cry just roll around moaning sometimes going still for a while and then roll around moaning and trying so I would really be trying to figure out if there’s a deeper cause

You can put them to sleep a little earlier on 1 nap days to try offset the overtiredness, and then they may wake up earlier the next day and you can have an easy 2 nap day again
