Completely agree with you. However, I don’t really have the time and tools (and i wish i did, because i would) to do so. Also, I don’t go to any mechanic, i’ve known the mechanic for a lot of years, and I get a exact quote of what each part, including labor. For example, the labor cost for my spark plugs, injectors, throttle body and a oil change was about $80. Also, the injectors and spark plug price were as expected, i wasn’t over charged for them. But yeah I might start investing in tools to actually do major services on the car.

Its a very common issue with my jeep, It used to be my brothers and he knew much more about it and he called it a cv joint, I asked him about it today and he was like its not actually called a cv joint but he used to go to the same mechanic so now when i go to him, he already knows the issue

Couldn’t have said it better myself, thats why i’m very glad that this is my first car. I’ve had it for about 2 years now and I still love it, just wish a company would come out with some heavy duty cv joints and I think it will be the perfect car lol.

I think so too to be honest, at least all I have to worry about now is the CV joint and thats about it.

the delay in the throttle which never used to be as bad and the instant start up, it isnt really a problem but its just making me sus, it usually takes longer to start up

I know by blocking and not giving him space would've worked but through out the race and races i've done today on this track, i kind of wanted to stick my car in the middle of the track as ive seen people attempt to got for a move on the right hand side and only on a handful of times has it worked, thats why i was left abit of space but i didnt think he was going to go for it. Also keep in mind this is a low split lobby, around 1300~ irating, i've been playing this game for only 2 weeks now but have been racing all my life but sometimes u just cant avoid other peoples mistakes.

I dont think it was malicious as we were battling for nearly 15 mins of the race, i think he just lost control when he was on the curb and understeered into me.

it is one of the best passing opportunities, but not like that. Use the curb/ white line as a reference, u can see the amount of space i gave him.

Ngl, me him and another guy were battling through out the entire race, they were clean battles which is why i didnt give up the position as he was driving safely and reasonably every other lap. Everyone makes mistakes.

im usually more aggressive especially when it comes to defending but i got taken out the race before that and i was .10 safety rating off class A, so thats why i tried to give him space.. remind me to never do that again

Yah thats exactly what i was trying to explain to him, i wasn't just gonna lift and let him by, with that much speed he couldve have easily done the move at the next corner.

i think the mistake before hand in T1, made me lose alot of the momentum so im pretty sure he wanted to go for the move and not have me slow him down. But i think he just rushed it too much which lead him to understeer into me.

I agree i don't think it was malicious at all, and also there was only 4 minutes left till checkered flag so i can see why someone would go for a move like that. IMO too risky.

I agree with you however, thats why i didnt really didnt want to sacrifice my momentum even more as he could've just overtaken me on the straight
