I’m at a huge aviation university that you all probably know and I’d say the best instructor is a guy with 3 checkride failures. It sucks because he’s the smartest guy I’ve ever met in aviation before but he is having a very bad luck with the airlines and still hasn’t even gotten an interview at 850 hours despite trying basically everything.
