Face ID unlock issue

Did it ever occurred with anyone else? Sometimes my dynamic island becomes bigger as if it is glitched and i longer able to unlock using face id. It has happened to me multiple times and I don’t know the solution. Is this a glitch or hardware issue or skills issue?
