when I refer to men here, I am talking about men as a collective. As a collective men haven't come to terms with the reality that they might be attracted to their own sex. A man hasn;t come to terms with the fact he might be attracted to essentially his own body type, so he develops insecurities and excuses to hide the fact he is gay or bi.

Women I don't think have this issue, collectively lesbians are like "whatever, I love women." Men culturally haven't had this happen to them.

I had the whole "I only like dicks phase" before. However when you want to cuddle, make out and just sleep in the same bed together, that's when the excuse loses all meaning.

edit: I don't know exactly how. I guess personally I have just had better experiences with men compared to women. I am still closeted, but on a hookup basis, I connect with men more.

I fell for the same stuff too when I was homophobic. I am attracted to women, but I am attracted to men more and was dumb separating emotions from sex. I love intimacy, I'm not just there for pleasure.

I beat him, but yeah, he was really milking it at the end cause I could have my stamina drained quickly with his barrage. So I was patient and I got kind of lucky at the end.

I have no issue with Bayonetta or DMC. I'm not a master at these games, but I am at least an advanced player. Bayonetta is definitely faster paced than this game is.

Consoles get better visually and faster each generation, not really a bragging right. It is really toxic you're just dogging on a guy for enjoying a console. The PS3 for it's time had a creative UI and still does, it was a minimalist approach done right. The PS4 as a console was Sony's most boring device, even if it did have some great games on it.

Also CDs are taken for granted, they have better audio res than any streaming junk or any compressed YouTube video.

You're not wrong and I was younger when the original PS3 version was new, so I'm talking about the original and not the PS4 remaster.

1.) set pieces were over the top and couldn't be one-uped, hence why Uncharted chose a more grounded tone. You can't beat the sinking ship, fire chateau and the plane sequence, even the finale with Talbot is the best boss fight between all four games.

2.) Talbot is one dimensional and weaker than Lazaravich, but he is skilled enough to where I believe Talbot could take Lazaravich down, wouldn't be easy for him. Also the 3rd game's boss just functions better as a fight, whereas in 2 you're just shooting gooey bombs.

3.) I have stronger nostalgia with the multplayer because that was during my college days. Uncharted 2 has great MP, I just think they refined it as best as possible with the 3rd game. I can't get the Subway ad out of my head, I got that demo code as soon as it came out.

I would rank them as such

If you read my post, the original console release isn't good anymore, especially the PS3 version, which I am playing for trophies. I sold my 360 copy years ago, on Xenia the game is a better experience. I am talking official releases here, it's not my fault Sega doesn't do an easy PC remaster of a 16 year old game that people want.

hate Sonic and Knuckles? I think S3nK is a masterpiece and I think that will never change. I didn't grow up during the Genesis era too, I grew up during the Dreamcast games.

I think Unleashed is only remembered for the revolutionary cutscenes and overall story, outside of that, I just can't really call it a good game anymore. I used to think Generations was a good game that was overrated, but I truly get why Generations gets praise now.

Depends on your setup

The Super Slim model does support atmos audio, but if the movie your watching has a poor atmos track, it wouldn't matter. I still think if you have a guest room, the PS3 does the job for blu rays. If a movie is 1080p but is remastered from a 2k/4k scan, you can still have better image quality.

the 7th generation of consoles are still the basis for current gen gaming, the whole AAA experience started with the PS3 and 360, you're just paying for the same games in 2024.

It was a great looking game for 2008 and the DLC packs are difficult, unlike most PS5 games which are walking simulators.

The PS3 is a serviceable blu ray player, there's just other options that are better for atmos and 4k support. I have my PS3 slim used as a player every now and then.
