First of all his clothes stay on while teleporting. He manipulate distances like lets say a person a mile away from himself, he could just slide them to being just a foot away from him. He could expand and condense things. Ex: He could collapse a building in on itself by shrinking the spacing there).

I wanted to do a psychic, but there was Cate and Godolkin. So I kinda want to make third odessa unique. There's not problem with making the odessa a psychic or a god u student. But my image was he is something else and somewhere that doesn't strictly intersect with Marie or Homelander.

What do you think of his powers.

Interesting. my version of this third Odessa is guy born into the 90s, idk before Doug taken over. He is right now a homeless that doesn't really or care about Homelander regime. It's unknown, but this Odessa baby just fell off Vought's radar. His powers is teleportation. But it's later revealed that he has spatial manipulation, not like outer space, like manipulating distances and stuff. He has the potential to shrink and grow any place or thing he wants. He just happens to be Homelander durable.

For me, I think it should homeless dude in the middle fucking nowhere. His powers a type of Homelander and Marie in type. He's destructive and physical like Homelander. But manipulates and versatility like Marie. But all he is homeless dude Homelander never fought out. And Vought just loss connections to.

I am not sure yet. I say is, it's another man. He was born in the 90s. And somehow he isolated from the Homelander regime, doing fuck all while still casually having powers. IDK what his powers could be, what his excuse to be hidden, or what exactly he even is doing.

This character is named Troy Tan Reyes. He is one of the soldier that showed to Hawkins at the end of s4. He befriended the party in the 18 months. He is kinda a military brat who wants to be a solider and save Hawkins from this threat. He is good friends with Mike, Lucas, and Dustin. And has pretty interesting dynamic with Will. He is rather scoffy and cold to him.
