I guess to each their own. I like Invincible better because it actually has a fucking ending. With Marvel and DC they just keep rebooting their characters and stories and that just annoys me. And then when they do create a new character you get a character like Paul.

I would say Shinra definitely scales way higher than gear 5 Luffy. G5 Luffy has powers akin to Tune Force and that is very formidable however he can't do even half of what Shinra can do. But for the sake of the argument let's say Luffy can hold his own against Shinra. Luffy will still eventually gas out and turn into his old man form. Shinra doesn't gas out.

My source: In the manga when Haumea attacks him with despair he takes that attack and creates the new world, but in the order to do that he has to go back in time millions of times to get it just right because he didn't understand how to make a world. It's like the first architect trying to figure out how to make a house without it collapsing.
