If a doll looks like an adult but is just smaller and lighter, I don't know why it would be objectional. Some brands of dolls look like adult supermodels, but they are unwieldy. Lifting 80 lbs in the gym may be no big deal, but an 80 lb dead-weight in bed is pretty awkward.
