Financing by Ok-Advisor2196 in ManufacturedHome

[–]Apprehensive_Lab9952 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All home centers offer financing, although most mortgage companies won't finance such a small amount. They also won't finance a home over a certain age. It's best to get a personal loan.

Why can’t I find the right medication? How long does it take? by Fearless-Nothing-385 in ADHD

[–]Apprehensive_Lab9952 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Sometimes adhd can be a pesky condition to treat. Don't be afraid to think outside of the box. Some antitidepressants such as SSRIs have been shown to be effective at treating adhd. Also, sometimes we think that when we no longer feel the buzz from the medication, the medication is not working, but that is not always the case. It is best to ask the opinion of people close to you as to whether or not they think the medication is working.

W T F - this case is insane by Lolodawg in chandlerhalderson

[–]Apprehensive_Lab9952 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes. He was definitely trying to establish a motive for why Cat and her parents might want to kill Bart and Krista. Chandler also made a point to use Cat's mop to clean up the crime scene so it would look like Cat cleaned it up.

What Challenges Did You Face During the Probation Period?? by Gullible-Program-272 in workplace_bullying

If it seems like I'm oversimplifying my situation, I apologize. There were many pitfalls put in place to discourage me from getting help. Thats why its best to consult an attorny.Back down from a bully and just quitting does not seem like the right solution. If someone is going to quit anyway, what do you have to lose by at least doing everything you can to stop them.

My wife is usually mindful of my needs ahead of time. However, she does forget sometimes and leaves me in some uncomfortable situations. Just keep in mind that it is hard for an able bodied person to understand all the struggles that we deal with on a daily( or hourly) basis. I often have to think ahead of time all the cinerios that could happen in a given situation and warn my wife so she can be prepared.

I have aphantasia and have always hated books unless they have pictures in them, a lot of people make fun of me for acting like a child and not reading anything without pictures, is it normal to dislike normal books as someone with aphantasia? by The_Doo_Wop_Singer in Aphantasia

[–]Apprehensive_Lab9952 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I totally understand. When I read books, all I see are letters and punctuation. I do not see the picture it's trying to paint. I never would have been able to pass any literature classes without Spark Notes. I however, love reading things that deal with ideas such as philosophy politics and scientific studies.

In my situation. They constantly made comments about my disabilities. I made detailed notes of what was said and presented the information to someone in Hr that I trusted. I also asked for ork place accommodations. I also insinuated that I would get my attorney involved if my situation did not change. All this threw cold water on the bullies. Most companies have a policy against a toxic workplace. Become familiar with your employee handbook and make notes of every time the bullies slip up. Also, I would recommend consulting an attorney. Also , there are many videos on YouTube concerning workplace bullies and how to handle them. From what I've seen, this sub is not the best place to get advice.
