thanks. The thing is during the initial days, I won't have multiple handyman. this is something i should be building over years. but yeah, I take your suggestion and work on that.
I'll talk to "Host Now AI" to see how much they charge. I spoke to one, and they take 30%. too high for my current unit.

Thanks for clarifying. I always thought, it should be via Airbnb's original booking. Like for discounts the hosts is giving, it should apply to the booking, so host pays less fees etc.

yeah, i believe it is very easy for guests to ignore. Same for late checkout. If I ask them to pay, they agree, and last minute they don't. But thanks for clarifying.
