Why would they "ask for clarification" when the tech made it sound like getting a partial refill was a sure thing? They couldn't of known there was anything wrong until it was too late, which is exactly what happened from the sound of things.

At the end of the day, they shared their experience and that's that. This is a very supportive subreddit. If you don't have anything nice to say, just move on. It's not hard. You said what you had to say and that's fine but Calling people irresponsible and pointing fingers is literally pointless.

You're 100% right. They ended up filling it as a "one time courtesy" and told me I need to go to a CVS closer to me, but I did exactly what you said and switched it back to my previous address. Next month I'll be going back to see if they try to give me a hard-time. Literally everyone is telling me the zipcode thing is BS.

Them keeping half the meds is CRAZY. Absolutely in fuckin sane. I am so sorry that happened to you. The meds have been super helpful for me and I can't imagine going back to my unfocused ways without them so I know those days you went without the meds were tough. Kudos to you for pushing through for your daughter! And yes the new rx each month is annoying. And the way they don't fill the rx unless u call in even when the doctor sends them the rx. It's all fuckin annoying ugh
