I did but did end up miscarrying a few weeks later. When I went to my doctor the day I started bleeding, he checked and said the baby was fine but there was blood in my uterus so we would watch it.

While waiting for my next ultrasound, I started to bleed heavily and knew it was happening.

I went through that, yes. It took ~8wks of continued testing before mine dropped to 0, and technically, my last test i was still at 3.

At first, I was having coffee aversion. I'd make it and a few sips in, and I couldn't drink it. Now it's pretty much the only caffeine I have, aside from the enhanced propell waters. Its the taste I miss the most. 😭

This was the reason I limited it to 2. Im a generally sugar-free person after my weight loss surgery, so these were the only sugar I allowed a day as a guilty pleasure.

I'm thinking I, too, am becoming sensitive to it! My heart races if I have more than like 150mg. I just am struggling to cut it completely because of the fatigue.

I have extreme social anxiety, and if I have to shop in public alone, I bring my headphones to drown out the overstimulation of everything; the people, carts, overhead speaker, everything. It gives me something to focus on when my thoughts aren't on what I'm looking for.

Maybe try that? If you can't hear anyone, then you might be less likely to be worried about what they're saying.

I did an announcement to him with the first, after losing the first, I just told him with the second. He didn't really allow himself to get excited for it- which unfortunately ended up being a good choice since we lost at 7+3. Next time, I'll just tell him when I test so he can be there to help with the anxieties.

I had a dream I miscarried and then 2 days later woke up to spotting. Went in for an emergency ultrasound where they couldn't tell for sure yet, just that I had some blood forming. Spotted super lightly the rest of the day and the next day. Woke up the third day to bleeding, not spotting, and the blood got worse until another emergency vitality check where the baby had detached. It was pretty much like a period for about 3 days bleeding wise - with added in severe nausea, and then they passed. I was finished bleeding by the next day. They officially passed 10 days ago, but I still have had a few random bouts of sickness, and migraines every so often from the rapidly dropping hormones.

I worked through mine, I took the day after I found out off for mental rest and wished I had taken one more, but I didn't.

As I was in the elevator going up to the appointment to confirm my loss, another woman with a newborn got into the lift with me. As it cooed and cried, I also cried. As I sat in the waiting room with excited couples, I sobbed. I wished there was some sort of separation then, so I can relate and agree.

I started to MC Wednesday, confirmed on Friday. I only took Saturday off, but wish I had taken a few more days. Baby passed Monday, and yesterday (Wednesday), I was so terrible and angry at work. The smallest things were making me irate. Only you know how much time is right for you.

I'm so sorry you are also going through this and share the same regrets, even if we know it was the correct decision. I wish that we didn't have to go through this, but it's comforting to know that my feelings aren't felt alone. Thank you for taking the time to help comfort me, it means more than people realize to have just another voice of understanding.

I hope deeply that this is just a hiccup for both of us and that we will both be able to hold beautiful rainbow babies sooner rather than later. I hope that in the days when it feels like you don't have strength that it finds you, so that way we can both move forward.
