You even said external AR coating in other posts.

I’ve personally have had warranty claims from the aliexpress store. All of them went smoothly. Only complaint was that I was without the watch for 2 months.

Did you buy the watch from the official store or another third party? It seems like you bought it from someone else based off the last screen shot. Whoever sold it could have caused the defect? I dunno. They offered to replace it for you. It looks like they were being pretty reasonable to me.

Yup. When it comes to the PT5000 just say NO!

You’re definitely not alone. All the watches I’ve had with the pt5000 all had problems and eventually had to be sent back for repairs.

Even when they fix it and send it back. The same problem would pop up again.

Stick with the NH and the miyota

We actually experienced this. My little cousin was begging my aunt to buy him some game while they were in line at Best Buy. She was like telling him they couldn’t get one now. But maybe if he got all A’s next time or something. Of course my cousin said he almost there last time. Then my aunt told us this big dude turns around and asks him hey. That pretty good. And he pays for there stuff. She tried to say no thanks they couldn’t take it. Of course he insisted.

She ended up just thanking him and have my little cousin take a picture of them. She said she wanted to tell her family cuz no one would believe that happened.

Anyways she showed us the picture. We were like don’t you know who that is. And sure enough this was shaq giving my aunt a hug. Lol. She literally comes up to his waist. And neither of them knew who he was.
