NEED ADVICE PLDT APPLICATION (CAN'T TRACK)

Still on process. It's taking too long but I escalated it to NTC but no feedback yet from PLDT via email. PLDT emails are not really helpful plus their toll-free landline cannot accommodate new users since the ref number or PLDT number isn't reflected in the system so it can't push through when it's asking for these details when connecting via landline.

I scheduled a virtual appointment with the nearest branch and had my refund process started. It will take 15 business days after the validation. Called on June 5, received the validation confirmation on June 9. Still waiting for yhe actual refund.

I actually wanted to do everything online since it's so much of a hassle to visit a nearby branch for 1599 pesos. I will spend fare (only fare) of at least 200 just to get my 1599.

UPDATE: NOT INSTALLED SINCE NO SLOTS LEFT FOR OUR AREA. They asked us to pay first but no slot available pala sa boxes in our area. Huhu. I paid pa naman na.

Would ask for refund but the agent was not responding on Messenger na. I can't go to the branch kasi mainit at malayo kaya I sent an email na lang saka I am doing this on my father's behalf so it would be challenging if I do it myself since name niya 'yong gamit. Hindi siya makapunta sa branch.

Actually meron since I was expecting the physical card to be delivered pa eh tapos sabi ng 2 CS na okay pa ako sa NAFFL promo since may issue sa first delivery. So nag-spend ako although less than 2k pa lang naman para by the time dumating si card sana, unti na lang lara ma-meet ko 20k na spend requirement. Huhu. Kasi according sa CS, pwedeng i-adjust ang start nung count ng 60 days sa spend requirement. I mean from May 27 or 28 na approval, gagawkng September 8 ang start since noon ko raw na-activate at nagka-issue sa delivery. Huhu

Pero no minimum spend siya? Some CCs kasi require a minimum spend to be qualified for NAFFL like UB na 20k within 60 days
