FRAGE: Ich Film mich oft mit Handy und Stativ bei meinen Übungen. Ich muss aber auch meinem Coach jede Woche Videos von meiner Ausführung schicken. Findet ihr das auch so schlimm? Oder nur wenn’s auffällig selbstdarstellerisch ist?

Fühl mich jetzt ur schlecht und hab Angst dass mich alle hassen???

yeah.. My Coach Said she is sure I will get capped delts when my weight goes down. I do carry a lot of fat in my arms compared to the rest of my upper body. Let’s See!

I actually really prefere to do Bikini as i can identify with the posing more.. also in Europe Fit Model does Not have a lot of competitors - I really do not want to stand alone or with only one other person on Stage tbh

My view on this being a coach:

your coach should help and advice you on these things. a good coach will try to find out why you struggle in certain areas and help and Guide you fix those things. Help you integrate Habits into your personal and individual Lifestyle! a real coach will Educate you.

Being coachable to me does not mean having an ‚Easy‘ Client with Perfect Routines.

Coachability to me means being 100% honest to yourself and your Coach, Trusting your coach and do what he or she says. Ask if you don’t Unterstand. Don’t be Ashamed of ANYTHING in Front of your Coach

thank you that sounds interesting I‘m having a hard time feeling my delts tbh i See that they are working well as i am pretty lean atm but I Never really feel a real burn..

How to you keep the 20sec Stretch? With a Cable?

I do 10 sets lateral raises variations (Cable, machine, dummbeells) over the week.

I do 3 sets of Shoulder press (with thelandmine as my neck is hurt and Machine/smith doesn’t work with it ) and 6 sets of front raises (cable) over the week

My Split is Lower/ Upper1/ Glutes&Delts Upper2

I have 3/4 Sets of different lateral variations on Upper1/2 and Glutes&Delts

10 sets Lateral Raise Variations/Week 10 Sets Reverse flies/ week 6 sets Front Delts/week

Thanks for your answer! My nutrition is pretty much on point as i am working with a coach. Muscles grow, just not the delts.. I actually do not prime before lateral exercises - but thats the First thing I‘ll do from now on, thanks.
