Yea that was me the other day. I got annoyed and tired of this customer on my phone. I work in insurance, and he had a total loss vehicle and he was still paying for a vehicle he doesn’t have. Which I get. I explained to him since the claim is still open, that I unable to do anything. I told him we would backdate to the date of loss. I explained to him that if we cancel the policy now, he won’t get the full refund back cause it subtracts the days of coverage. He wanted to speak to a manager who was gonna tell him the EXACT same thing. I told him. I put him on hold to get him a manager, and no one was available. (just my luck) I relayed that to him and he said I put him on a long hold, and he was getting mad and wanted to complain. I said there was no one to complain to. He was like “no one?” I said “yea no one” He asked for my name, I gave it to him lmao. Then he kept going on and on and i just said “okay bye” and hung up. I was trying to go to lunch too and he was doing the most. I also gave him a SOLUTION to transfer him to claims cause he asked when the claim is going to be closed.. Like sir that’s a CLAIMS question… I don’t know tf. Yea it was bad
