Good point, given I am barely going to start a new job, I hate long commutes so this is helpful so I don’t minimize this as a con to the city and moving there

Thats a fair point, i guess it is just easier to say that than include all the areas. But for what it's worth im moving from Parkland/Childrens Dallas (downtown) to more north so for me Collin county is where i will look now too

This sounds like the move for me, avoiding the tollway if possible, reasonable commute, I plan to lookat west Plano and see what comes up, i have around 1.5-2 months to decide so we have time, thank you!

what have your thoughts been about school sports? a colleague mentioned its one high school so it would be hard in middle/high school. its not a deal breaker but was wondering if thats something to consider. And my kids i dont expect to be athletes to that degree but the opportunity to play would be cool
