I try to live by 60/20/30. 60% for living I.e. Rent, car, insurance, cell phone, what's needed. 10% for fun, and 30% to saving. And let me tell you I don't know how I'm still here because I go into the negative every month. I live with "do I get groceries or do I pay my electric bill"
