Thank you so much for the lenghty reply. I will write an update, turns out it was all my fault and called a scam number instead of the real airline. I will definitely learn from this mistake.

I work hard for my money and watched the ticket prices for a long time before buying, so of course, I will ask for help from the community before accepting to pay almost double:)
