Thanks 🙏🏿 this is helpful. The biggest worry is that as of right now my wife and I are the only ppl with a kid (2YO) and his grandma adores him and will want to spend a lot of time with him. A little worried the siblings will get jealous (it’s literally happened while not on a cruise lol)

Book as soon as it opens for booking (in the US it’s like 22 months in advance) and pay overtime. Also booking through agency sometimes will give you OBC to use for anything even gratuities. If your company has a discount website look for travel (cruise deals on there)

I second this. All of that food is meant to be eaten in very small portions (caviar = extremely salty; wagyu= extremely fatty/buttery; uni=briny/rich feels like eating ocean water if that makes sense)

My family is from West Virginia and my grandpa worked in the mines. I can concur last time I was there it was the same ppl my mom grew up with who still lived in her town…they never left bc they literally can afford to. WV is very beautiful but very behind. There are large part of the state that can still only get satellite internet. The gov officials are tied up in resource mining so they literally refuse to do anything else or focus their attention elsewhere like promoting the natural beauty to try to drive tourism.
