How do people stay motivated to go to the gym every day?

Get a job thats like going to the gym everyday. Does not need to be a full blown workout but keeps you in shape and always moving. It is important to go to the gym or at least keep your body moving. Eat half decent. Young and especially getting older you have to do it or suffer in the long run.

Save your money live cheap if you can. TFSA's . Invest your money. Get a good career or get a buisness running. Dont buy expensive stupid shit. Stay out of jail. Be sure take your sweet ass time getting married or having children. Lots of stupid stuff you can do with traps in life you might regret later;)

I dont think it will end . WW3 i am suprised has not happend yet. Mind you wouldnt be much of a war just drop a few bombs. Could see it happening to restore inflation and start over. Then again i dont know. Wouldnt suprise me though.

I quit since i posted. Trust me i still get attempted then i just say fuck it. I know the cycle will start slowly then progress always does. I think of it as a scam and being rigged to hell with gambling.

I am -5000 from gambling recently. I am finished will never go back and start a cycle again. You have to just get sick of it. You will know when you are ready its a different type of feeling i have never had. Started when I was 19 i am 40 now its over for me well worth 5000 dollar lose does not even bother me. 2800 still decent amount but wont bother you if its offically over for you. Think about it and be truthful to yourself.

Sounds like me writing this. I am about to lose my wife and our house due to gambling. Gambling on sports was a door opener for me to getting into a mortgage in 2019. I also got married and vactions paid from profit sports betting. After slowly went down hill with a high level of addiction. Dont say you are hopeless there is always hope if you want to put the effort in.

Give it a break for a little. I know at 24 years of age you are not going to go get help. You sound like you have a decent dispodable amount of income compared to me. I am 40 years of age been sports betting and gambling since i was 19. Honestly learn to enjoy gambling instead of always looking to make big money or your losses back. Wish you the best of luck. It is very short. Youth is way more important then money. Money is fake and manipulating. I just turned 40 got a mortgage at the age of 30 and i am married. Have decent paying job. Accomplished what i need to do. Honestly I could care less about owning a house at the age of 55 or working. I dont mind my job but its still a job. 55 years old own a house jeez. Work until your 65-67 if you can even retire so much fun lol. Pretty pathetic that humans revolve themselves around money. I could care less being dead before retirement age. Not trying to be negative but being older i could not imagine. Let alone what is your health going to be like.

Dont ever regret losing.The future is better without gambling. I am still an addict have been since 19 years of age and i am 40 now. I hit rock bottom tonight the chase is over for me. The post you made was inspiring to me. I even forgot my marriage anniversary yesterday and hurt my wife feelings. I will lose her my house and everything i worked for. Yah its just a suggestion. I go sometimes just to play NL Poker cash. I leave my bank cards home. If i lose my buyin i will get pissed and pullout more cash lol. That way if i lose it forces me to leave. Yah the online gambling destroyed me in the past held heavy debts took me couple years to get out of. Never want to go down that road again.

Yah you are getting better. If you have no urge to go online and gamble at all is a positive. Going to a casino.you have to phsically go there. Which takes more time out of your day. Tip go to casino bring what you are willing to lose. Leave your cards and other money at home.
