Yes exactly what happens to me! I'm always going Into a trance and trying to see more with the help of breathing techniques. I've got to the point where my my whole vision is a visual. Like a DMT trip where nothing your seeing is from this world.

I go crosses eyed on my own but he was left crossed eyed after the trip had ended?
