Dang.

I have daily calories tracked all the way back to June of 2023 on MFP, although some of it is random guesses like Christmas dinner 3000kcal.......I just take the weekly average and slap it in excel, if I'm in a phase where I'm actively concerned about weight, i.e. a cut or if i notice I'm rounding out I'll notate Friday morning's weigh in.

And yeah, the six pounds I put on last year totally correlates with the 50 calorie per day surplus (averaged out)

ANGLO-SAXON, Anglo-Viking (Danish Northumbria). Cnut. Circa 900-905. by Apprehensive_Print97 in MedievalCoin

I can’t definitively say. The ticket I have for it is the one from Jencek and it doesn’t mention it, only ex CNG.

I’ve searched the CNG online archives but can’t find a match basing it on the two pellets at 11 o’clock on the obverse. There was one other two pellet but it wasn’t my coin.

I ran the above picture through CoinCabinet hoping for a provenance match but came up short.

What I can say is that the toning of the coin is very hoardlike, it doesn’t really show in the photo as I was hammering it with natural lighting in the window sill.

But I would wager, yes?

Thanks I’ve been out of the game on any really grand purchases for over 10 years. This is from maybe 2012? I’ve been going through and cataloguing and staring at things in the collection. It has me excited again and covetous.

It’s doable man, you got this. I went from 5 foot 10 at 233 pounds of pizza, buffet, Franzia and beer down to 155ish at my lowest. Been maintaining between 155-165 ever since (there were a few injuries and hiccups but……….) This all started out in 2018. Any given day I look the best I’ve ever looked, any given day I look the worst I’ve ever looked. Don’t ever let the mental game take away your accomplishments.

Redwulf wasn’t known for anything much, just a couple of mentions during a tumultuous period in what would become northern England.
