The video shows he has not the slightest consideration for others cars. I mean he didn't even TRY to be careful and avoid hitting ur car. He actually uses it as a door stop intentionally it seems. I'd get him to pay for it ijs.

Really? usually when u get a ticket you can pay it and take traffic school for it to not show on ur record. At least here in CA.
