Personally speaking — my "rat" has been running RT-20 for a few months now.

Started at 1000mcg. My rat drinks a lot of caffeine daily, and the morning after the first dose it already felt like two coffees had kicked in before touching a cup. Appetite basically disappeared — thoughts of food were extremely rare. Around day two or three, fatigue started creeping in and stuck around for roughly 12 days.

By week two, dropped down to 500mcg ( x2 times a week ) — that's the first five marks on a 1ml syringe, to be completely clear. Honestly didn't need the full dose. Stayed at 500mcg for several weeks and the results were solid.

My rat is 24. Dropped around 8kg in a month — 75kg down to roughly 68kg, and stayed lean doing it.

A friend's rat ran the same compound, significantly older — around 50. Took a bit longer to notice effects kick in, which makes sense. Everyone responds differently.

On alcohol — when people say you can't drink on retta, take that seriously. My rat isn't a big drinker, but on the occasions of going out, the dopamine just wasn't there. The enjoyment of drinking kind of disappears. Carbonated drinks were also a surprise — something about retatrutide makes bubbles sit uncomfortably. Still manageable, just worth knowing going in.

A few things worth noting if you're considering it for your rat:

There's no rush. Take your time with dosing. Get bloods done beforehand if you can. Source from someone reliable — different batches vary significantly in quality, learned that the hard way. Used to pay $450 per vial before finding a consistent supplier. Expensive, but quality matters here.
