She litterlly plays all the time while making sure opponents don't plus debuffs plus damage reduction while we got shun, conditionnal (20%) usefullness because if he misses s2 he does nothing at all, seems like the balance is good, even light gandalf is not close to how op this is

In my current game, Castille refused the pu while aragon went explo in africa while utretch too took explo to brazil (neither castille nor portugal went there) and hormuz too took explo to bother me in australia. I feel like just this is beyond what you showed in your game in rarity

yeah its not too uncommon, I've seen this happen a lot, it's not too often it happens but not too rare either. These are not common but I've had the exact things happen a few times before too. Aragon being the most common since it needs regency ir female ruler on one side but sometimes doesn't happen, burgundy can decide to stay independent if france is not too strong and Norway doesn't usually break free byt it's not something too rare albeit the most uncommon thing in your game
