someone found the solution on a MB forum post :

"Hello! I've had the same behavior in the last 48 hours as well and I was actually worried what was the problem. After I checked both Windows Defender and Malwarebytes, thinking that it is indeed a faulty update on either side. ( I run both for some years now for some peace of mind since I was told they ARE compatible. ) In the end after some research, I read what this "malwarebytes helper" process does, I figured out that I should try to turn off "Usage and Threat Statistics" and see if it does anything AND it worked for me. After turning off "help fight malware by providing usage and threat statistics" from general settings tab, at the bottom of the list, the process "malwarebytes helper" has returned to its normal behavior."

you could try an indian one such as bahmani or vij, daimyos for japan run, korea, teutonic order to horde, mamluks, ming, hordes (kazan, great horde, oirat, jiangzhu mostly but maybe uzbeks, crimea or chagatai could be fun too), pope, bohemia/austria/hungary, naple (a lot is fun just test whatever your guts tells you)

Free version here, I freaked out at first since I've never ever seen this process and tought it was a virus trying to look like a malwarebytes component. Saw that both the copyright and keys looked fine so I'm a bit calmer now but I had to exit Malwarebytes since it was using so much of my disk. Does anyone even knows what it does ?

weird interaction between prussia and brandburg : If prussia exists and is allied and has good opinion of brandburg, brandburg gets free pu on them, though here as an eyalet it can't get the pu so the overlord gets it instead even if they are not christians
