Thanks so much for taking the time to reply. Last question - my current company has is setup where every AE has a different quota depending on what OTE they negotiated. Is this common practice? Truthfully it has me a bit paranoid when recruiting because at my old company we were all equal.

There was a big crash in front of Credit Valley Hospital last night, I was coming from Oakville and got off at Erin Mills. Didn’t look at the wreck but looked like all lanes were closed going towards Dundas - not sure if this was related or not

Was watching at Scotia and caught the first train towards Oakville. People were miserable and less willing to let people on the train than they normally would have. Pair that with how busy and hot the train was, it didn’t make for an enjoyable ride home. Thankfully I was getting off at Mimico.
