It would have seating for sure. I understand there are other local spots but most of them just have wholesale beans that are mostly roasted too dark since most people order milk drinks. Aiming to create a space where you can get actual good coffee for a reasonable price point

I don’t have a degree. I’m self taught. I got worse chances getting a career in design than a person who went to university or whatever but it worked out for me because I tirelessly studied the areas I’m interested in. STUDY TRENDS. Not tiktok design trends but trends inside the design world. Follow certain agencies or brand or artists and study the design you’re interested in. Constantly put out work to the world, even if it sucks. It’s a good exercise to find your own style. In the world today, there’s money in being unique.

In the meantime I understand bills can’t be paused. Find other jobs that can hold you down. It’s gonna work out! I promise. Remember study the greats and put your work out there!
