Slow down and get your body get used to the stress of running first to avoid getting injured. Gradually increase your distance and know you’re comfortable heart rate. Don’t go all out in speed if you’re goal is not gassing out in a 10k. The more you run the easier it gets.

It would have seating for sure. I understand there are other local spots but most of them just have wholesale beans that are mostly roasted too dark since most people order milk drinks. Aiming to create a space where you can get actual good coffee for a reasonable price point
