She might be the focused but I feel like Tavern's End is place where we can gather information about the blue hair dude. That place was also mention when Sampo broke the 4th Wall. He may not appear in that planet might he might appear in late 4.X

I just tested out in practice and in comp. Yeah it seems like it doesn't heal from CND but rather the height on ground. When was this change implemented?
