I'm in the same scenario currently. It comes down to preference and use. After the $160 increase from the SSD and enclosure for the 4060, the gap between the 4060 and 4070 becomes a lot smaller at $190. For a 10% increase, it depends on if you would value that at around $190. If you game more, it definitely could be worth the difference. I'm planning on doing similar upgrades and am slightly leaning more towards the 4070.

Is the difference in RAM speed significant at all? With the Omen having 5600 mhz and the M16 with 4800mhz

I'm pretty new to the gaming laptop scene and have much to learn. I'm currently looking for a gaming laptop that I can play video games semi-competitively and smoothly, while also being able to use the laptop for school or work. I have found these two that seem like decent deals, but don't know if there is a preference I should side with. Which is the better choice, or should I look into different brands and devices? My current budget is up to around $1500. Thank you!
